- Summary: A decorative plate made of lightweight metal, with the words 'Sul de Minas' stamped upon it.
- Description: The plate is long, narrow and arching in shape, and has a rim around it which is more narrow at the top than at the bottom. The rim is stamped 'garantida' ('guarantee'). The plate has been impressed with dolphin (?) decoration and the text, 'SUL DE MINAS'. Near either end is a hole, preseumably to permit the plate to be mounted. In one place the chrome plating has worn away to reveal a brass coloured base metal. The plate is shiny at the front and on the rim but dull on the reverse side.
